You'll have one hour to use the sauna as many times as you would like!
Typically, people use the sauna for 10-15 minutes, cool down, then go back in again for another session.
Marshy Creek Park Drop-In Sauna Session

Event Description
We’re hosting two drop in sessions at Marshy Creek Park in Port Lambton (across from Riverview School) from 10 am – 1 pm:
- Sat, March 7
- Sat, March 21
If you’ve been curious about sauna, this is the perfect chance to experience it. For $20 per person, enjoy an hour to warm up, relax, and reset and, if you’re feeling brave, cool off in the river between rounds! 🔥🌊
Register for a time slot:
- Group A: 10 am – 11 am
- Group B: 11 am – 12 pm
- Group C: 12 pm – 1 pm
Bring a towel and some water, and come enjoy the heat!
Must be 16+ to enter sauna, and a waiver is must be signed before entering.
